OSHA 10/General Entertainment Safety © was developed by the IATSE Entertainment & Exhibition Industries Training Trust Fund. The training consists of a two-day OSHA 10 course customized for and using examples from the Entertainment Industry. Upon completion, students receive OSHA 10 completion cards.
This two day training covers OSHA policies, procedures, and standards, as well as general industry safety and health principles. Topics include scope and application of the OSHA general industry standards as related to the Entertainment Industry. Special emphasis is placed on those areas that are the most hazardous, using OSHA standards as a guide.
This course is worth 10 points towards your ETCP renewal credits.

As a trainer, he regularly teaches OSHA 10 Hour Outreach, Entertainment Rigging, Fall Arrest for Entertainment Workers, and High Angle Rescue to mention a few. Kent is a member of the IATSE Crafts Advancement Program and has been an OSHA Outreach Trainer since 2011.
Joe Aldridge is a Professor of Theatre at the University of Nevada Las Vegas where he is the Director of the Entertainment Engineering and Design program, a member of IATSE Local 720, and is a Past President of the United States Institute for Theatre Technology (USITT). Joe is a member of the IATSE Crafts Advancement Program and has been an OSHA Outreach Trainer since 2011.
